Minnesssooda

We made it to Minnesota! After a week in Vegas, a plane flight for me and the girls, and a long drive for Jeremy...we are getting settled in our new home for the summer. I have lots to catch up on (blogging wise) so I am going to be lazy and leave the order of these pictures as newest to oldest. So here is the last couple weeks in rewind mode:

Kayla's favorite part of our new place is the empty cabinets were she likes to hide....it is great to walk into the kitchen and see those little feet peeking out.

Avely is growing and growing. She turned 2 months old this week. She also started really smiling at us a couple weeks ago which is so much fun! I'll have to get a picture of her sweet smile.

The flight with 2 kids wasn't too bad; the flight attendants were totally useless on my first flight but I mentioned something on my next leg in Denver and the Pilot actually took my things and got me all set up before we even boarded so that was really helpful. Kayla's DVD player and new "Word World" videos were a lifesaver!

We had a lot of fun visiting with friends and family in Vegas. We went swimming with Aunt Jochi, cousin Ethan and Gaga Reese. Kayla loved it and kept saying "look at me, look at me, I'm swimming!" Yeah, and don't worry that Jochi is 34 weeks pregnant and you can't even tell; super jealous!

We had a girls night and did mani's and pedi's...even Kayla got in on the action.

I was glad Kayla had so many people she loves to keep her busy while I was single parenting it.

Sisters

We were glad we could visit with the Stubbs while we were there...Kayla loves her cousins and apparently they have the same love for beads that Kayla has. (They probably just wear one at a time though) I almost died laughing when she walked out of the playroom like this.

We had a fun time visiting our friends Marnie and Chris from our old ward.

Before we headed to Vegas we made a detour stop in Zion to vacation with my family one last time before we left. We went on a hike which was very....adventurous...with a two year old.

On our way to Zion we stopped in to see Great Gaga Reese. Kayla loves to play with her bears, coasters, and (a new find this time)....
