The Pumpkin Patch

Last week Kayla and I went to a pumpkin patch with MBASA. (The spouses of MBAers group)Kayla had so much fun seeing the animals, pumpkins and playing in the corn maze and on the play sets. I couldn't take too many pics because I was helping her most of the time but here are a few.

At the Park...Finally

I have always felt bad because as soon as Kayla was old enough to really enjoy the park, it was too hot in Vegas to take her to play; And as soon as we moved here and the weather was nice, I was too sick to take her. So, now that I am feeling better we are taking advantage of the weather, while it lasts, and going to the park. It is so much fun to see Kayla enjoy something so simple.

A really nice man and his grandson passed by while I was taking pictures of Kayla and asked us if we would like a picture of all of us. Instead of just snapping a shot, he looked around and found nice scenery. He would take one and then say,"Let's try another one over here" or "That one is too dark, let me try again". He was so kind and spent at least 10 minutes of his time just so we could get a family picture. What a nice man!

Introducing....

Baby Reese #2
For those of you who haven't heard, we are expecting! Kayla's "bebe" brother or sister is to arrive around April 7th. That makes me about 13 weeks pregnant and finally starting to feel a little bit better then I have been feeling for the past couple months. (So, if I have been a total flake, I hope you will forgive me) We had an ultrasound this past Monday and heard a healthy heart beat. We are excited to be given the opportunity for our family to grow!
